Return & Refund Policy
1. No Refunds, Exchanges, or Store Credits
All digital products purchased from Sample Werks are non-refundable. Due to the nature of downloadable content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits in the following situations:
- You no longer need or want the product.
- You are unable to use the product due to hardware or software limitations (e.g., you do not own compatible software).
- You changed your mind or found an alternative product.
- You purchased and downloaded the wrong product.
- You are attempting to use the product with cracked or pirated software, which we do not support or guarantee compatibility with.
- You cannot use the product due to insufficient knowledge, experience, or technical understanding.
We strongly encourage all customers to make informed purchases. Please listen to audio demos, read product descriptions carefully, and ensure your system meets all software requirements before purchasing.
Each product listing clearly states the required software, format, and content. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they can use the product effectively.

2. Exemptions
Refunds or store credits may only be considered under the following limited circumstances:
a. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, we are happy to provide a refund or store credit. You must provide evidence of the duplicate transaction.
b. Undownloaded Files
If you have not downloaded the product (meaning our system shows no registered download attempts), we can issue a refund.
Note: A download is considered “attempted” as soon as the download link is clicked, not when the download finishes. Each click on the download link counts as one attempt. We do not monitor whether the file has fully downloaded.

3. How to Request a Refund (Exemptions Only)
If your case qualifies under the exemptions above, please contact us at support@samplewerks.com within 30 days of your purchase. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- The product name
- A clear explanation of the issue
- Evidence of the duplicate purchase (if applicable)
We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund request at our discretion.
