GENERAL
What is Sample Werks?
Sample Werks is your go-to source for high-quality, professional music production tools - including Ableton FX Racks, MIDI Packs, Presets, Ableton Templates, and curated Sample Packs. Designed with producers in mind, we focus on sound design, usability, and musical inspiration.
Who are our products made for?
Our products are made for music producers of all levels - from beginners seeking inspiration to seasoned professionals looking for polished tools to enhance their workflow. Genres we specialise in include House, Minimal, Deep Tech, Garage, and more.
PURCHASING & DOWNLOADS
How do I access my downloads after purchase?
After completing your purchase, you’ll be instantly taken to a download page. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with your download link(s).
In addition to this, you can re-access all of your purchases at any time by logging into your customer profile using the email address you used at checkout. Once logged in, your downloads will be available from your account dashboard.
If you don’t receive the email within 10 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
Inside your download, you’ll also find a .txt file named Instructions, which walks you through how to install each individual product included.
How many times can I download my files?
Each product includes 5 download attempts with no expiration date. You can redownload your files anytime - as long as you haven’t used up your attempts.
Can I redownload my files if I run out of attempts?
To prevent link sharing abuse, we’re unable to reset download limits once the 5 attempts have been used. Please back up your files securely after downloading. If you’re having issues, feel free to contact us at support@samplewerks.com - we’re happy to help where we can.
Do I need a specific DAW to use your products?
Some products are DAW-specific (e.g., Ableton FX Racks or Templates require Ableton Live), but many; like Sample Packs, MIDI, and Presets, can be used across most DAWs. Please check the product description for compatibility.
LICENSING & USAGE
Can I use your sounds in my commercial releases?
Yes! All of our products come with a royalty-free license. That means you can use them in your music, whether it's for personal use, streaming, gigs, or commercial releases - with no additional fees.
Can I resell or redistribute your products?
No. You cannot resell, share, or distribute our products as-is or as part of another sample pack, template, or preset collection.
TECHNICAL ISSUES
I’m having trouble opening or using a file. What should I do?
First, make sure you’re using the correct software version and format as listed on the product page. If you're still having issues, email us at support@samplewerks.com with a detailed description and we'll help you out ASAP.
My download link isn’t working... what now?
If your download link isn’t working, don’t stress, we’ll get it sorted quickly. But first, try the following:
- Check your internet connection. A weak connection can sometimes interrupt or prevent downloads.
- Try a different browser or device. Occasionally, certain browsers or settings (like ad blockers) can interfere with downloads.
- Look in your spam or promotions folder in case the email got filtered incorrectly.
- Try refreshing the page or re-clicking the link after a few minutes. Sometimes temporary server hiccups resolve quickly.
If it’s still not working, email us at support@samplewerks.com with your order number, the product name, and a short description of the issue. We’ll make sure you get your files ASAP.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless a duplicate purchase was made or there’s a proven technical fault we can’t resolve. Please read each product description and our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
CUSTOM & SUBSCRIPTION QUESTIONS
Do you offer custom packs or private one-on-one help?

Is there a subscription option for Sample Werks?
We’re currently a pay-per-product store, but we’re exploring subscription options for loyal customers and regular users. Watch this space!
